I'm generally easy going, except when I'm obsessing about details and order.

Richmond, where my daughters & grandson live; & Denmark, my home away from home, where I lived as an exchange student with my “second family”.

    Amy worked with me to sell my home from across the country as the COVID pandemic was unfolding. It was a complicated process, and Amy kept me in the loop, handled the curveballs including an out of sync home buying season due to COVID, as well as a challenging renter and buyer, and got it sold for the price I’d hoped for which seemed like a miracle considering everything! She’s wise, direct, showed professionalism and integrity throughout the process, and has a sense of humor. I feel lucky to have found her because it takes a very special agent to navigate those circumstances and produce a great result. And Amy was that agent for me. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

    Words cannot express how satisfy I’m. I couldn’t find anyone better that Ms. Amy Webb and her amazing team. I have contacted several famous agents and they wanted to list my house way lower than the market price to sell. Amy communicated a fair market price with higher and lower limit and left it to me to choose. Also she communicates every step of process very good and what we can expect on the next step, and different scenarios. She is very patient and very expert in her job! From her resume to step by step of the process she showed very high expertises and my experience was above and beyond what I was expecting. Many thanks to Kelly too as she helped us a lot! I highly recommend Amy and her team. By the way my house sold about 35 days after it is listed in a very fair price!

She is excellent at explaining things in a way you will understand, and clearly knows this business in and out. She is incredibly insightful and knowledgeable.     If there were 6 stars for process expertise, I would give Amy 8. She gave us excellent advice on how to ready the home for purchase and how to position ourselves for a quick sale. We pretty much sold to the first visitors and were delighted with the whole process. What I like best about Amy was her directness and depth. We purged and stored to show our house to best advantage and obviously it worked. She was super-efficient in scheduling all that needed to be done to make the closing go smoothly. Also took calls/texts and responded promptly. Couldn't do better with a realtor.

    Amy helped me sell one home and buy another, and provided excellent service throughout the process. She helped with pricing, staging and all aspects of the selling process, and obtained a fair price. She successfully negotiated a significant price reduction in the new home by identifying problems, obtaining estimates of repairs and negotiating with the seller's agent. Her expertise is obvious and she is a pleasure to work with. I recommend Amy enthusiastically

    We interviewed several realtors in the Charlottesville area before deciding to work with Amy. Some of the realtors were lazy and uninterested. Some were fun and friendly and interesting to talk to. But Amy was clear from the beginning on being aggressive, even to us, on getting into a house in such a tough market. We thought for a day and realized if we wanted to get into a house in a short timeframe, we needed someone like Amy.Amy showed us around town, had great experience and connections with the area and with real estate processes, and made sure we were confident in the houses we were evaluating. Within 5 days of meeting Amy, we placed an offer on a house and were accepted. We are very happy we purchased the house we did and that we met Amy, as if we had come up just a few days later, this house would have been gone. We are very glad we met Amy and I hope we will continue to work together for a very long time to come.

    I sold my home in the early summer of 2017. Amy had excellent advice regarding what to do and also what not to do to get the house ready to sell. The house was on the market for less than 24 hours when we received our first offer! She was very patient, kind and easy to work with but she also knows the market and this community. Would recommend Amy to my friends and family
