    Marjorie and her team were awesome -- our experience working with them was nothing short of outstanding. And so was the result -- we sold our house quickly and at a price we were very happy with. Marjorie provided incredibly valuable advice as we prepared the house for sale. I'm convinced that the changes and improvements she suggested were pivotal to the success we had selling the house. All in all, working with Marjorie was an absolutely great experience.

    The team made the process easy from preparation to listing to sale. Gave solid advice about area and sold within a few days. Staff was very responsive to questions and followed up at closing and after to make sure everything was correct. Highly recommend if you need to buy or sell a house.

    What could be better than having someone you can trust with expertise and negotiation skills when it comes to purchasing a property? Now looking back, Marjorie and her team had helped us save at least $4000 in our last purchase, which we almost passed to the seller if not for their help. They are efficient and well-connected in this area, which made the house-purchasing process much easier process. I highly recommend Marjorie and her team to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Charlottesville area.

    We were selling our home of 32 years, and at first it was a bit jarring to have someone make recommendations about what we should do to present the house... But she was absolutely correct. We cleared everything out, her photographer did a fabulous job, and when we listed the house fourteen people signed up to see it. It sold that first weekend for more than we'd asked. One thing I really appreciated about her approach was that she did not rush us, waiting to get it right paid off. We felt like we were in the hands of a pro.

    I can't say enough about Marjorie and her team! They have the knowledge and experience to make the home buying process fun and hassle free. As a first time home buyer I had all the usual fears and concerns stepping into the home buying market. Marjorie and her team took the time to learn what i wanted and explained every step of the process. I ended up in a great house at a great price thanks to Marjorie. In this housing market that is saying something! 10/10 would recommend!

    My wife and I sold our home and purchased a new one through the Marjorie Adam Team and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. On the selling side, everything was super simple. They coached us in how to prepare the home and took amazing photos. On the buying side, we had a particularly difficult seller but they help as navigate the situation with pose and professionalism. We are so grateful for everything they have done for us. They are also very philanthropic in supporting the community which is something that is important to us when choosing with whom to do business.
