He was very personable, and his experience and local knowledge was evident early on. He took the time to address my ideas and concerns as well as present information for me to use in making my decisions. Chris was very responsive and kept me well informed through the process, and was in constant contact with the buyer's agent and my closing attorney to ensure that we closed on the planned date. This was no easy task considering the closing date was just a few days before Christmas. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Nest Realty, they made the challenges of selling a home easy and stress free. -
