After living in several outstanding communities including Pensacola, Florida, Carmel, California, and Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Voe and Bobby landed permanently in the historic town of Charlottesville in 1999. They have been among the top one percent in sales volume since beginning their real estate careers in Charlottesville, and have found the key to their success is a team approach which now also includes their daughter, Kyle Montgomery Pearson. Their high-touch approach and unique ability to provide a variety of perspectives has proven to be an invaluable advantage to their clients. Since moving to Charlottesville, the husband and wife team began to invest in rental properties and have found the UVA community to be the perfect climate for such opportunities. They now manage over one hundred properties for their clients and continue to build their portfolio.
After visiting Cape Charles, Virginia, in 2019, they decided to expand their investment portfolio to this charming beach town and purchase a vacation/rental home. They have since sold several properties in Cape Charles and continue to provide clients with additional investment opportunities when they are looking to expand their portfolio beyond Charlottesville.
