    Chastity was nothing short of brilliant! I saw a property over the 4th of July holiday weekend, and she was able to write the offer, secure the contract and fulfill all of my requests all without any hiccups! I would recommend her for any property in the Wintergreen and surrounding area. She is a delight!

    Chastity has helped us with three real estate transactions, both buying and selling. We can't say enough good things about her. She always listened carefully to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make it happen. She was always available, nights, days, and weekends, and went above and beyond what we expected. We had to request that she not work during her family time, but invariably we'd get a call back from wherever she was, even while on a camping trip! She has a wealth of experience, knowledge, and contacts in the area which made the sales the smoothest we've ever experienced. Needless to say, we highly recommend Chastity and she'll be our first call in the future!

    Chastity was wonderful to work with! She kept me up to date on properties that fit what I was looking for until we found the perfect fit. Once we found our property she made sure everything ran smoothly for a quick close. We always knew she had our best interest at heart and we would certainly recommend her to family and friends.     Chastity Morgan was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout our long-distance home buying experience. We are in Colorado and wanted to relocate to Virginia. When we first spoke she made outstanding suggestions for preparing a proposal for purchase and each one was instrumental in successfully getting our new home. Whenever we needed local support for inspections and services she was prompt and made arrangements for us. She provide walk-throughs and property meetings via FaceTime and ensured local inspectors also provided notes and photos and were available for us to talk with directly. She arranged for local services with times that fit the sellers schedule and ours and advocated for us from across the miles when we could not be there in person. We felt completely taken care of and were able to trust her far more than we’ve ever experienced with other real estate agents earlier in our lives. She is friendly, personable, professional, and helpful in stressful situations. She patiently helped us cope with the few surprises that inevitably arise in all phases of buying from proposal to seller negotiations, mortgage processing, and closing.

    Chastity was amazing to work with. She has helped us sell two homes and just helped us hit our new home. She was so patient and went above and beyond to sell our homes and in our search. Just as we were about to offer on a house that wasn’t exactly what we wanted because of the difficult market she found our dream home and helped us snag it before it ever hit the market. She is the absolute best at what she does.

    Chastity skillfully guided us through the craziness of the 2020-2021 real estate market. She kept us competitive while not going too overboard with our offers. Ultimately, after a few near misses, her local knowledge got us early dibs on a beautiful pasture with breathtaking mountain views. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, expertise, responsiveness, honesty and credibility.

    Chastity was excellent ! Professional, patient and informative through every step. My wife and I felt very well guided. Our old house needed a lot of work (major and minor) to be ready for market. Chastity spent time with us helping to prioritize these projects and have a clearer vision of the goals. She also made solid recommendations for service professionals we could enlist to manage these projects. After contracting them, they did most of the heavy lifting while we finished up loose ends and details. My wife staged the house with a few homey feeling bits and pieces. We went to market and listen on a Friday, by Sunday we had 8 offers all over asking. Chastity did a superb job of researching comps in the area, not an easy job due to the unique construction of our old place. Nonetheless, She made it all happen and in the end we are so grateful and satisfied with her work.Could not recommend her more.

    We reached out to Chastity to show us condos at Wintergreen, and she quickly jumped in to help set up appointments for the upcoming weekend. From this initial contact through our closing, Chastity was super responsive to all our questions/concerns, had our backs during negotiations, and offered solid referrals for contractors and other services. She even helped us coordinate access for contractors after we closed. She went above and beyond every step of the way and made the entire process very smooth. We consider her our friend, not just our realtor, and we would recommend her to anyone looking in the Nelson County/Wintergreen area!
