Wow! Absolutely best real estate agent ever! We have worked with multiple agents in at least four states and Ginny tops the list. We started working with her when she rented our home when we had to leave the state. She found us great renters and continued to do some at least 5 times. When we were ready to sell, we didn't consider anyone else. It was an interesting sale -- difficult renters who "maybe" wanted to buy, then reluctantly left, then the clean up after and all the associated issues with preparing to sell, then multiple offers, counter-offers, counter-counter-offers, addendums, more issues, etc. Add that we are living in AZ and the interactions were telephone, text, email, docu-sign etc. Despite all that, or maybe because of it, Ginny was an incredible knowledgeable, resourceful, responsive agent. She was usually two steps ahead of us (and I have control-issues) with a clear understanding of the issues, and multiple solutions. She listened when we had weird questions, did the research and came back quickly with the answers that satisfied everyone. Even if you think your purchase or sale is a "no-brainer" you need Ginny on your side. We would buy and/or sell with her again without even considering anyone else.
