    Greg was amazing in both the selling of our home and purchasing of our new home. He also helped in many ways during a time we needed to rent.     I was an out of state seller and Greg did an exceptional job working with me to sell my home. His market knowledge and work ethic are best in class. He provides accurate, frank, and necessary feedback on sales strategy delivered in a courteous and professional manner. He personally took care of numerous logistics issues at great inconvenience to himself to make sure my property was properly cared for throughout the process. The net result was the best real estate sale transaction experience that I have ever had in over 20 years. My property sold within days of listing at a price point that exceeded expectations.     Greg was referred to us by a close friend with knowledge of the Charlottesville real estate community, and we were not disappointed. He was very familiar with the local market, which is of course very important in a residential real estate setting. Greg was very easy to work with, helping us triangulate in on a property that was right for us. He also stayed with us through the entire process, up to and even after closing, with strong relationships throughout the local real estate community that made it very easy for us as buyers coming into the area from out of town.

    Greg was a tremendous asset to have for our entire process. He didn't miss a beat from start to finish. Knowledgeable, efficient and personable - we couldn't of done better! He was firm and fair going through the difficult times one often experiences in real estate. His local familiarity played an important role as well.     Greg is outstanding! He's extremely knowledgeable in the growing Crozet market. He helped us complete a purchase of a new build. We were moving from Tennessee and only able to travel to Virginia once before the purchase/build was complete. Greg went above and beyond, happy to help with many things outside a realtor's direct scope - FaceTime walk-thru's to help us track progress, liaising with the builder on design options on our behalf, coordinating for inspections, and much more. Greg made the remote buying process as seemless as possible.

    We chose Greg for his glowing 5.0 reviews when we looked for a realtor for a home in Crozet. We are older folks and had some trepidation about the process of buying a home. Not only did Greg assist us, he was with us every step of the way. He is a true professional and always accessible when we had questions or concerns. Emails or phone calls were returned immediately and his knowledge of the area and the real estate market is unmatched.
