I had specific requirements (I am picky!) that changed during the house hunting process. Helen listened, and was patient with me during the long search. When we found a house I loved, it had multiple offers so Helen wrote a personal note to the seller about the difficulties I had over the past year. When I had paperwork issues with the lender which held up closing Helen negotiated an early move in for me. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her.

When looking for moving boxes we casually mentioned we needed to find a realtor, and we were told by the people giving the boxes away, “We have the perfect person for you.” That could not have been a more precise statement. Giving up a home after 11 years and three children raised is not an easy event. Leaving a home that you have nurtured, loved and built around yourself is one of the hardest things we have ever done. Helen was with us every step of the way. She ensured we were ready to go on the market, both physically and emotionally. She sat and listened as we struggled to let go, and she cheered when we signed the final offer letter. She was attentive and thoughtful. He business acumen was stellar.
