    We would give Janice 10 stars if we could! She was excellent in every aspect from our initial consultation through the closing of our sale. She made pre-listing recommendations that were right on target and helped our house sell quickly and for a great price. The professional photography team she uses to do the on line listing photos was amazing! She is so knowledgeable about the local market and resource people like the closing attorney which really helped us through the whole process. In addition to her service, her communication with us was excellent! She responded to all our questions and requests so promptly. There is not one thing we would change about working with Janice.
