I celebrated one of my birthdays in Cinque Terre, Italy, with three of my closest friends. Wine, seafood, mountains, and beach—perfection.

Beach to vacation, mountains to reside.

A Perfect Saturday:

Slow morning with copious amounts of coffee followed by a run (also slow) around the Downtown neighborhoods.

Play an instrument?

Piano! 12 years of lessons, two years' worth of skill. :)

Jane Eyre. I'm inspired by her quiet strength, incredible bravery, and tenacious integrity.

    Kelli was a dream to work with from start to finish. Kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and so very fast. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent. She helped us decide what parts of town to look at, steered us smoothly through negotiations, and led us through a smooth closing.     Kelli was wonderful to work with. We had a bit of a unique situation since we put bought the house we were renting at the time and was not on listed on the market yet. She walked us through all the steps and was always available to chat or answer any of our questions. She handled the negotiations of the house so well and was able to offer a ton of recommendations when it came to getting maintenance estimates etc. It was really such a comfort to have her represent us.

    I cannot recommend Kelli highly enough. She was our agent a few years ago when we purchased the home and again when we sold. She gave us invaluable advice about the best time to sell and went above and beyond in every way to ensure that the sale was smooth. She even showed up in person to help check off some of the final punch list items. She was there every step of the way to help us get the best offer and make sure the sale was successful. I recommend Kelli to anyone looking to buy or sell.

    Kelli was wonderful to work with! She was responsive and quick to schedule showings for us. While on home tours, she helped us notice important pros and cons of the the houses, but she also gave us the space to explore and find what we personally loved about the home as well.     Kelli is a phenomenal realtor with the experience to guide you through the challenging Charlottesville housing market. I cannot recommend Kelli highly enough! Her warmth, personality, and technical knowledge are second to none and helped us through one of the most chaotic times to buy a house. Kelli noticed issues that we would have completely overlooked, knew exactly when she found the house that we fall in love with, and I trusted her completely through this process.     To say that I would not have made it through the nuances and craziness of this housing market without Kelli would be an understatement. From our very first conversation to closing, Kelli was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, friendly, and considerate. Understanding that this was my first time purchasing a home, she constantly made sure to reach out ahead of time to see if I had done things like gotten an inspector scheduled, or checked out specific listings online. In this cutthroat housing market, she also took the time to show me the ropes on how to make competitive offers, but also talked me down when I was considering doing something stupid that I may regret.Her immense understanding of Charlottesville and the housing market and how to navigate the ups and downs and bidding wars and what to check for during inspections was truly a godsend and I would recommend her to anyone, especially first time homebuyers looking for someone that has the cadence, patience, and etiquette to work with them to find what they love and make it happen. 20/10, cannot recommend her enough!

    Kelli was always available and had a clear plan on how to get my place sold. The very first meeting gave me a good idea of what to expect and she answered all of my questions (even the very simple ones). I'm not in the USA, so the time difference was something to work around, but it wasn't a problem at all. I felt like I was her only client!
