A lifelong native of Central Virginia, Kevin attended Hampden-Sydney College before transferring and graduating from James Madison University with a Ph.D. in hearing sciences. A fellowship year at the University of Virginia Hospital is what brought Kevin and his wife to Charlottesville in 2003. Kevin began his real estate career in March 2007 and found his advanced training from his past career instrumental in listening to and communicating with his clients as well as helpful in advising homebuyers with a hearing loss on features to be aware of when selecting a home.
Kevins accomplished record of real estate sales includes an array of clients and properties ranging from first-time homebuyers and sellers to seasoned clients and investors, working all types of properties including residential resales, new construction, farms, and land. Growing up on a beef cattle farm, Kevin is also inherently familiar with country properties and the responsibilities and stewardship they entail.
