I don't know where to begin with Kevin because he is so unlike what you might expect from a typical realtor. I think what summarizes him best is that he is in this business because he cares about houses and the people that live in them. At every house we looked at, Kevin was always taking notes and learning about it, even if I was quick to dismiss it. His technical knowledge is A+ and his realty skills are right up there too. After looking at several homes, Kevin was the right man in the right place at the right time with the right availability to immediately get an offer in on a home I liked after the initial offer fell through. He was able to knock the price down from list (after the initial offer was over list!) and facilitate a smooth transaction. He made sure I understood all the legalese and was very patient with my questions, even though I asked some twice. And he came to the closing, which was very helpful because I was otherwise alone. Great realtor and all-around great guy.

Kevin has all the qualities you needs in an realtor! He is knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, honest, friendly and most importantly patient! Kevin’s patience and knowledge through the whole process made buying a home easy! My husband and I had many questions along the way being first time homebuyers and Kevin was always there with a answer. Kevin is not only knowledgable and responsive, he is also an excellent listener, and helped us determine our priorities. In a crazy sellers market, he stayed calm and provided us with guidance but no pressure. There was a glitch in the closing because of the seller’s lawyer, and Kevin took care of it even though he was out west on vacation with his family. I am so glad to have worked with him, and I highly recommend him.

Kevin is a first class real estate professional! He listened carefully to me describe what I was seeking in my new home and really honed in on what worked best for me. I was an out-of-town relocater with some prior local knowledge but not much and Kevin is a wealth of information. I opted for new construction and his calm and direct demeanor were perfect for keeping me focused and grounded during the build process. Since the closing, he has continued to offer support for any service referrals or tips I find myself needing. Kevin is very disciplined in his follow through on activities - he keeps you on task without you knowing he is doing so which I loved!
