Kim has lived in Charlottesville for more than 40 years and has been a Realtor for 20 of those. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the area and real estate market ensure her clients have an excellent experience buying or selling real estate.
Kim moved to Charlottesville in 1979 to earn a masters degree in education from UVA. She and her husband fell in love with the Charlottesville area and decided to stay and raise their family. Kim became a Realtor in 2003 and an Associate Broker in 2014. She strives to make the buying and selling real estate experience for her clients feel seamless. Her many clients include first-time homebuyers, retirees, graduate students, UVA alumni, families, and young professionals. She supports the UVA Childrens Miracle Network and served for many years on the Foothills Child Advocacy Center board of directors. She and her husband Tom have two grown children and live in Albemarle County.
