    Megan will go very far in the industry! She did a fabulous job finding my new home especially since houses only stay on the market for a few hours before there’s a contract on it. Megan is a go getter she always had time to help or answer questions. My daughter has started looking for a home and she is also using Megan.

    Megan is very knowledgeable with the area and surrounding counties of Ruckersville, Virginia. She knows the Realestate laws and she is a good negotiator. Also, she helps find ways to save you money on inspections and closing cost. We were so lucky to find this Professional Realtor.

    Megan is a wonderful realtor! We decided to sell our house on a whim during this crazy market, and we were very specific in the neighborhood where we wanted to buy our forever home. Megan was extremely patient and did an excellent job explaining the process, answering all questions (at any time of night!), and was effective in strategizing with us and considering all of our needs. She went above and beyond to help find us a home, but also ensuring that our deal would not fall through. She is extremely responsive and is always able to find the answer and offer excellent advice. We would definitely work with Megan again and we will be recommending her to friends and family. Thank you for helping us find our forever home!

    If you are searching for a realtor who is patient, approachable, competent, and in your corner, check out Meghan. She is fantastic.     Megan made the process of selling my property very smooth. She was very good about calling, texting, and emailing me to keep me in the loop or send me documents. I live about 2 hours away, and she made it easy to do everything remotely. In addition, she was able to sell for more than our asking price.

    Megan was wonderful to have by our side throughout the home buying process. She was consistently positive, upbeat, and optimistic, as well as down to earth with realistic and knowledgeable advice. We had a wide range of houses and locations we were interested in, but Megan never batted at eye at our often last minute requests to view houses that often spanned across three counties.
