Play Video
Keswick and Pantops make up eastern Albemarle. Keswick is comprised of historic estates, horse farms, and acre-plus home sites. A bit closer in to Charlottesville, Pantops offers a more suburban feel with more shopping, restaurants, and more subdivisions than Keswick.

Key Features

Pantops: Just east of the City of Charlottesville, Pantops features grocery stores, shopping centers, subdivisions, and employment centers within minutes of Downtown.

Rural Countryside: As you progress further east of Charlottesville, the landscape quickly turns from suburban to rural. Keswick features some of the most amazing countryside in Virginia.

Local Thanksgiving Tradition

Every Thanksgiving, the annual Blessing of the Hounds is a local tradition. Held at Grace Episcopal Church in Keswick, it's one of the oldest and longest running blessings in the U.S. It's a great way to start the holidays.
