- View: Love the view from our kitchen window above the sink that overlooks the circle and all of the beautiful trees behind the houses across the circle. Our children love the front windows in the dining room - they perch at the windows and watch everything
- Room: Our "man cave" is a special place to us, perhaps for obvious reasons! We are UVA fans and have watched many games in that room and now our little boy gets to enjoy it as his nursery. We do also love our massive, open concept family room.
- Tree: The tree in the center of our court has grown so much over the past ten years. We love watching how it changes colors and grows each season!
- Walk: We love walking through the Riverrun neighborhood and the trails to and through Pen Park.
- Hike: We're not big hikers but we love how close we are for driving through the Blue Ridge Mountains with stunning views!
- Breakfast: Bodo's and Tip Top - both local and classic Cville spots close by our home.
- Dinner: We love so many restaurants in town and that's a perk of living in this townhouse - it's close to everything with easy access to the Downtown Mall, 29, 250, and 64! Sal's Italian on the downtown mall is our top favorite.
- Living Here Has Been: the perfect place to build our lives together. We moved in soon after college and have since gotten married and had two children in this home. We have put a lot of TLC into the home to keep it in great shape over the ten years in which we have lived here. It's a magical place filled with years of wonderful memories and we hope the next person who lives here will love it as much as we do.
