Lochlyn Hill is a planned community located in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. This community is situated on more than 35 acres and is a quick drive to Charlottesville's Downtown Mall. The oldest homes in Lochlyn Hill were completed in 2014 and a few lots remain for new construction. Townhouses and single-family homes are available.
