Brookwood is an established Crozet neighborhood located just a few blocks from Claudius Crozet Park. With homes built mainly in the 1970s and '80s, the neighborhood exudes a nice feel with mature trees and consistent architecture. Many Brookwood homes offer one-level living, though there are some two-story and split-levels also.
