Locust Grove Neighborhood Guide
Locust Grove is located in the northeastern portion of the city, starting just north of the Route 250 Bypass. Locust Grove real estate consists of mainly single-family homes which were built primarily between the 1940s and the 1970s. However, there are some Locust Grove homes that were built in the 1890s and others built in the 1990s, providing a nice mix of architecture throughout this Charlottesville neighborhood. This neighborhood also boasts a number of natural and recreational resources as it is situated between McIntire and Pen Parks. An extensive walking trail runs through the neighborhood along the Rivanna River and Meadow Creek.
