She is reliable, fast to respond willing to work around my work schedule to view homes loving kind and just all around an amazing realtor.     Rachel and her team were wonderful helping me repair my credit and getting my family and into our dream home. She was very knowledgeable about the fair market value of homes in the surrounding area and had my best interest at heart when it came down to negotiations. I would recommend her to anyone looking to move into their ideal home.

    Rachel did an amazing job getting a contractor to fix house so it would sell for more money. Sold the house fast even got us more than asking. Always stayed communicated with us on everything very professional response with all of our calls and texts and worries with the cops were in that area than any other realtor that came by. The buyers needed more time and she got them to even pay for our mortgage for the month. We have to sit there longer to wait for the sale to be completed.

    Rachel is knowledgeable, well prepared, flexible, easy to work with, and has an excellent ability to understand her client’s desires and focus their efforts. She spent countless hours over a period of many months trying to narrow our options, taking us to potential homes and properties, and giving us constant updates of the opportunities that were in line with our interests. Rachel was always available for us, and great about keeping us informed of where we were in the process and navigating any difficulties from our initial offers through to final closing. She guided by us the entire time. She was a real pleasure to work with.

Not only was she vigilant in helping us look for houses in our preferred price range and location, but she also advised us on what could make our offer as viable as possible.     Before Rachel, we cut ties with two other realtors who seemed to not have our best interest as a priority. Rachel is different.
