Very friendly! Worked mostly with Brandon, but Alicia popped into the closing at short notice. So, they are very flexible!Took about a month to close on the house, so, pretty fast. Brandon/Alicia respond extremely quick as well. We had 8 million questions as 1st time homebuyers and they answered them all.I think Brandon used to do some electrician work, so he knew some stuff about the electrical box. Basically, most electric boxes aren't up to code...but it's not a deal-breaker for a house.

In this case, I was the seller, and I already had a buyer. Ms Wells was involved because it was necessary to meet State of Indiana selling requirements.That said, Ms Wells was great to work with -- easy to communicate with, professional, and made the whole process very easy. Although in my case I didn't need the full range of typical real estate agent services, everything I saw of Ms Wells' work says to me that she'd be great to work with at every step of the process.
