Mary Lou was amazing to work with. She came highly recommended as she had helped several friends & friends-of-friends find their homes over the past several years. My husband and I took quite a while to find exactly what we were looking for, she was patient, extremely responsive and very easy to communicate and work with. She showed us so many different houses and made us feel comfortable the entire time she worked with us. After seeing a couple different houses and listening to our feedback, she knew what we wanted in a house better than we did. We had a quick close once we found the house we wanted and she talked us through every single step, often multiple times, so that we felt comfortable with every decision we had to make and every aspect of the close process. Mary Lou Webb sold our home in Anchors Landing in Granite Falls NC in 2023. Mary Lou did a wonderful job of helping us sell our home in NC. She lived in our neighborhood, so she was vastly knowledgeable about the market in our area. Where Mary Lou stood out is her keen eye for detail in prepping the home to sell. My husband and I knew Mary Lou as a friend for many years. We usually avoid working with friends for any financial transactions, but in seeing glimpses of Mary Lou and her working with her clients, we had no hesitation about asking her to help us find our dream farmette and to sell our current home. Mary was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and knowledgeable throughout our prolonged journey. She never made us feel rushed or dismissed any of our questions or concerns (of which there were many). When we went under contract for the distant farmette, Mary Lou was absolutely OUTSTANDING with her preparation and marketing of our home. She was perceptive of market changes and adjusted her strategy deftly. The marketing materials and style she used were gorgeous! She hired such an awesome group of local professionals to prepare photos and videos of our home, and she made its features sparkle. The photograph brochures- oh my! There were many times that her thoughtful touches made me teary-eyed. The people who viewed our home for sale seemed equally impressed. She made it clear and easy for potential buyers to see what type of contract we would like to see, and then she brought us several great offers. There's so much more I could say about her. We are so incredibly happy that Mary Lou was the one to take care of our real estate needs in the Charlotte (Huntersville) area.
