    We live in Maryland and want to move to North Carolina. My wife found a lot on the internet and Matt went out and looked at it . He sent us pictures and video. He told us he thought it was a good location. We put a contact on it based on his recommendation. We few to North Carolina looked at the property and settled that day . He is the real deal.     Matt will work hard to do his best to help you find exactly what you're looking for. His in-depth knowledge of the area is extremely valuable. I came to him with only a few ideas of what I was looking for. He stayed on the case until we found the land where I will build my retirement home. He is honest, trust-worthy, and hard-working.
