Introducing Nest Mobile

We’re excited and proud to announce the launch of Nest Mobile: the mobile-optimized version of our Nest Realty website.

We’ve been working and planning this for a while, and it’s exciting to have it come to fruition.  Over the last few years, web traffic on mobile devices has increased dramatically.  In fact, mobile traffic to nestrealty.com more than tripled in 2011 and that trend has continued into this year.  Increased mobile traffic is not just a real estate phenomenon, it’s happening everywhere.  So, we set one of our strategic initiatives in 2012 to vastly enhance the user experience of nestrealty.com on handheld devices.

Right now, Nest Mobile can be accessed by typing in m.nestrealty.com into your mobile browser.  Within in a few days, we’ll open it up to the world so that every user on a mobile device is directed to this enhanced version of our site.

Nest Mobile still offers detailed information on the 13 areas in the Charlottesville region.  You’ll also be able to browse and learn about over 200 neighborhoods located in and around Central Virginia.  We’ve also streamlined search to be even more intuitive while you’re on your mobile device.  In addition, with our ‘NEAR ME’ functionality, we integrated in GPS coding to enable you to search for homes, land, and Charlottesville areas located near you.

The launch of Nest Mobile is exciting for us and solidifies Nest as a leader in technology, innovation, and service in the local real estate market.  We’re continuing to work hard to innovate and enhance our services to give our clients the absolute best real estate experience possible.
