We were looking for a house while living in Phoenix, AZ when James took the time to check out several houses for us. If we needed something he would response was almost immediate. When my wife came to visit the Roanoke area James took several trips to homes with her. during one visit he found mold in a spot that no one thought to look. During the negotiation for our new home, he was able to get the owners to offer a fair price, After the inspection, he was able to negotiate a discount to the closing costs, James also worked closely with our lender as the closing date had to be delayed several times due to illness.
