Real estate has always been my passion; it was my hobby long before I became a Realtor in 2006. My primary focus is to ensure excellent client care through clear communications, thorough education, and expert negotiations. As an Accredited Buyer Representative, I enjoy helping buyers with the purchase process, from obtaining a mortgage loan, through negotiations and inspections, to the closing table celebration. My sellers appreciate my staging experience and attention to detail, and my prompt feedback. As a result, my sellers often remark that their home has never looked as good as it does the day the sign goes in the yard.

Caswell Beach, North Carolina. Pristine beaches, bike rides, egrets, alligators, and golf carts.
Faced my fears?
By skydiving, bungee jumping, parasailing, hot air ballooning, and sending our daughter to college. So far, so good.

The Lyric Theatre and the Farmers Market.
