Managing Broker/Owner, Nest Realty Wilmington

Quickly after launching my Nest office in 2014, I realized how long it would have taken me to produce the level of quality and organization that Nest offers me. Prior to Nest, I had started an independent brokerage that was making progress, but looking back I was having to create everything from scratch, which was time consuming and expensive. However, I didn’t want to align myself with a franchise system that was too corporate or lacked innovation. Nest has been the perfect balance for someone like me who really enjoys implementing new ideas. The best part though, is that the marketing team makes the execution of those ideas so much easier. They genuinely care about making my office and our Brokers the best we can be. That combined with the new and innovative tools they are continuously adding, makes me realize how fortunate and proud I am to be a part of the Nest family.
