Amy's powerful advocacy, artistic flair, intellectual acumen, and down-to-earth style make her a truly unique broker.
Amy's passion is helping and advocating for people. She is a trusted advisor, tireless worker, excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and skilled negotiator. Amy is also resourceful, imaginative, and artistic and can see not only what a home is, but what it could be. She believes your home should be your favorite place on earth, and she loves helping her clients realize that goal.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Amy attended Cornell University and Yale Law School, an education she harnessed to serve the public for 20 years. She spent nearly 10 years as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami, representing clients at trial and on appeal who could not afford to hire an attorney. She has also exonerated a client wrongfully convicted of murder, assisted clients and attorneys challenging extreme sentences, and provided comprehensive support and guidance to criminal justice reformers across the country.
Committed to putting down roots in a place they love, Amy, her husband, and their two boys moved to the Triangle in 2014. Although they did not have a previous connection to the area, after carefully considering communities up and down the East Coast, they found everything they wanted right here.
Amy not only provides top-notch service to her clients, but she is also approachable and easy to talk to. She is not only a broker and a lawyer, but also the mother of 2 boys and 2 dogs, an upcycler, a baker, a painter, a crafter, a knitter, and a DIY enthusiast. If you are ready to find your dream home or need a skilled, strategic partner to sell your current one, reach out to Amy and take advantage of all she has to offer!
