Beth did an incredible job for us with the sale of our home which we have been in for the past 22 years. Here's the bottom line: we developed such trust in Beth that we purchased our new home in the American Village neighborhood of Durham without ever having set foot in the house! As we made our transition to North Carolina from central Ohio, Beth introduced us to the area during in-person visits and remotely. In fact, we cannot praise highly enough Beth's frank and often funny remote tours. When we finally arrived at our new house, we felt a sort of deja vu as a result of her video introduction! The market was crazy tight during our search, but Beth was patient with us as we slowly arrived at more specific understandings of our needs as we moved across state lines and downsized considerably. Now that we're settling into our new address, we feel grateful to Beth for enlightening us about our home, our neighborhood, and a sizable portion of Durham. Beth provided excellent insider tips about places to eat and shop in the surrounding area and assisted in the arranging of utilities. Now we enjoy our home and the ease with which we can walk into Duke Forest. We wholeheartedly recommend Beth to anyone looking for a new home.

My wife and I recently worked with Beth to purchase a townhouse in the Southpointe/Woodcroft neighborhood of Durham. We are both from out-of-state and were not familiar with the area. In addition, we were both first-time home buyers. Beth was incredibly accommodating in making time for us to visit properties during the limited amount of time we were in town. She also did an excellent job taking us to different parts of Durham and Chapel Hill to get a sense of the different communities in each neighborhood. She worked with us through the Christmas holidays to ensure that we made reasonable offers and counteroffers, and her guidance was instrumental in allowing us to negotiate a lower-than-list price in a competitive market area. After we were under contract, Beth did an amazing job walking us step-by-step through the inspection, financing, and amendment stages of the transaction. She helped us find inspectors, workmen, and a closing attorney who were all reasonably priced and provided wonderful service. In addition to her great work, Beth was always early for all of our appointments, and she was able to make time quickly for last minute needs. Without Beth's help, our move would have been impossibly stressful. We love our new home, and we know exactly who we will call when we are ready for the next move. We feel that not only have we gained a valuable professional relationship, but also a family friend. I am sure there are other great realtors in the area, but it is not likely that there are any better than Beth.

We have been working with Beth since October 2018 for sale of a single family home in Morrisville, NC. The house had been vandalized by the previous tenants and required extensive repair work before being put up for Sale. Beth had been extremely helpful in taking care of all the work related to repairs including finding appropriate persons to complete the repair work in a timely manner. She went beyond her normal responsibilities as Sales Agent and ensured that all the work performed met the highest standard of workmanship and enhanced the value of the house. It took almost 2 months to complete the repair work and involved numerous follow ups of the teams involved in repair work. Finally house went up for sale in the second week of January 2019 and we had a buyer on Day 1 and we got the asking price. We could not have been happier.I will certainly use Beth whole heartedly for all my future needs and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a conscientious, hard working person who keeps your interest at the highest priority.
