Claire is phenomenally good at what she does. In a hot market with tons of competition for available homes, I followed her advice, and it paid off. I only offered on one house, and my offer was accepted over others. Claire managed all the details and gracefully dealt with the inevitable snags. She was very responsive throughout the process. I first met Claire many years ago. She gave me, a first-time homebuyer with a limited budget, as much attention as clients buying million-dollar homes. It ultimately took me 6 years to save up and feel comfortable buying a home, but she never pressured me, and she never blew me off. I deeply appreciate that.Claire is also incredibly knowledgable. My wife and I worked with Claire to buy and sell our home. For one, Claire is extremely reachable. It may sound silly to mention this, but she always answers the phone! If she was with another client, she always quickly got back to us and really showed that she was working hard for us. This kind of thing could “make or break” an offer when buying or selling a home in such a competitive and time-sensitive market. Claire also has many years experience in the Triangle real estate market which was crucial when buying our home. Her experience in the local market helped tremendously because she happened to have previously worked with the buyer's agent and had great rapport with the other agent. Again, this is the kind of thing that could make or break an offer to buy or sell. Knowing other agents will always help. Claire also had a fantastic network of pros/referrals for things like photography, staging, closing attorney, home repairs, home inspector. For example, my home truly had the best photography compared to other houses for sale in my neighborhood. Her recommended inspector, staging company, and closing attorney also did a fantastic job and I would happily work with them again. Her digital marketing campaign also helped boost my home’s market exposure to out-of-area buyers.
