Our family moved from Denver CO to Cary NC. Dylan worked across timezones to help us buy our new house while we still lived in Colorado. He gave us a virtual tour of the home on his iphone and answered all our questions about details of the home. Dylan met our inspector, structural engineer, and other workers on the home during the diligence period. Since we were doing everything remotely, we needed someone who is technology-savvy and a good communicator.
