I honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Erica. She is extremely available, organized, and prepared. She guided us through the entire process of buying a home and was SO patient with all of our questions. She also pretty much single-handedly saved our deal when it looked like it might not go through at the 11th hour. My favorite thing about Erica is her demeanor. While I found my emotions going up and down throughout the home-buying process, Erica always remained the same- calm, positive, and on top of things. We really could not have done it without her!

We had a great experience with Erica, she helped us sell our condo. We were looking at a bit of a down market, and taking a hit on the value of the place, so we needed someone to work for us. Erica got us 16 showings over the first weekend, two competing offers the following week, and we ultimately sold for a little bit over our original asking price. Other condos in our neighborhood were either selling for very cheap, or languishing on the market, so we were very lucky to find her and come out okay. She also helped take care of all the little (big) details, since we were out of state throughout the process. She put a lot of work into our sale, and she has to be the most honest and hard working realtor in the area. Highly recommended.

I would 100% recommend working with Erica to buy a home in the Durham area. As someone with extremely high standards, I found Erica to be incredibly responsive and hard-working. She was available whenever we needed her and was quick to respond when we had questions. She was tenacious in tracking down details about properties and I always felt like we were a priority to her. Her knowledge of the area also really put us at ease. When it came time to make an offer, she knew exactly what we needed to offer in order to secure our home.
