A Durham and Trinity Park native, Julian has a passion for representing his clients' best interests in each and every transaction and has been serving their real estate needs in the Triangle area for more than 25 years. Along with helping people buy and sell homes, he's the owner of Nest Realty Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill.
Away from real estate he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He's been married to Cathy for more than 33 years and they have three adult children: Cobey 31, Davis 27, Daughter-in-law Anna 27, and Elizabeth 23.
I have spent my whole life in the Triangle area and I've witnessed the amazing growth firsthand...and while "I can't go home again", I'm thrilled with all the newcomers and especially delighted that the Triangle area is a thriving and desired destination.

My Two Passions:
Cardio and weightlifting—I’m addicted, and music turned up loud, mostly hard rock. Even better when it’s a live performance. Makes me feel like I’m flying.
My Happy Place:
A "teenage-like" answer to be sure, but I'm young at heart...I'm a bum in the sun, drink in my hand, toes in the sand.
One Thing I Love About My Chosen Profession:
Teaching, coaching, watching new agents straight out of real estate school “getting after it”. It reminds me that my chosen profession is fun and exciting.
Favorite Escape:
Hanging out at Bond Brothers Brewery in Downtown Cary. The coolest and best beer joint I've ever experienced.
Favorite Rock and n Roll Band:
Love DLR VanHalen but when the chips are down...The Rolling Stones. They are truly the world's best "garage band". Rough, raw, and incendiary.
Favorite Spiritual Concept:
The idea that human beings to a person, are flawed, and that we can still choose to love each other despite our dysfunctions.
