I know a thing or two about homes - I've had the opportunity to fix up multiple properties and that's lent me the opportunity to learn (on my own dime and not yours) about the big ticket items, what you need to worry about, and what problems cost to fix.
After spending eight years in Raleigh, I thought I was bound for the west coast. Then I met a girl, fell in love, and I had no choice but to make the Triangle home with her forever. Her architecture bug rubbed off on me - we bought a house in Durham and put the elbow grease into making that house our home. After our first few projects, friends looked to me for guidance and I naturally stepped into an advising role. I've been in Downtown Durham for five years and happily serve clients in Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill.
