Cats all the way! I have two. I have always wanted a Great Dane, however!

Kids or senior citizens?

Seniors! I could hang out in a room full of them all day long! I obtained my SRES designation because of it.

Beach or lake?

I'm a Pisces girl, so I love being on or around any kind of water! However, the beach is my happy place...nothing better!

    Kim helped me both sell my single-family home and purchase a new townhouse, all in the span of a few short weeks. She put in the effort, research and marketing to price the property well in this competitive market and we received an offer shortly after the open house. She provided excellent advice for the offer, negotiated a fair price for the new home and helped with some last-minute issues at closing. Kim is easily the most diligent and responsive agent I have ever worked with.

    I recently made an out of state move from Maryland to North Carolina. I had the good fortune of getting in touch with Kim Stelmok of Navigate Realty. We talked before I got to NC and she had several excellent home options to show me when I got here as I had limited time. I ended up buying one the very first afternoon with her! She has an extensive knowledge of the area including not only real estate, but all of the players necessary to enact all of my transactions. My move went off without a hitch due largely in part to Kim's attention to detail and professionalism. She made a chaotic time so much easier for me. She is also a delightful, exuberant woman who made the process fun as well! I was so lucky to find her and highly recommend her!

    I asked my awesome mortgage broker, Austin Herbert of Lighthouse Lending, if he could recommend a buyer's agent for me. He didn't hesitate with a referral to Kim Stelmok. Working with Kim was a dream, ultimately helping me find and buy my dream home. Kim was super responsive and accommodating to my schedule and my needs. She expertly helped me navigate the negotiation process, paperwork and ultimate closing. Although my situation was pretty straightforward, I have no doubt she would be able to handle any challenges that may have presented themselves. Alas, all dream must come to an end, and I closed on my home less than 3 weeks from when we first went to see it. But was the end? No way! Kim presented me with a thoughtful and kinda awesome housewarming gift which I'll enjoy for a long time to come. I cannot recommend Kim highly enough.

    I recently worked with Kimberly Stelmok of Nest Realty to sell a rental property I owned in Durham. She helped me navigate the selling process from start to finish and suggested some minor changes to the property that accentuated its value and brought in the maximum amount of buyers which ultimately led to a bidding war. I sold the property for thousands of dollars above list price.Kim went above and beyond to assure that the sale went smoothly and was available at all stages to answer any questions or concerns that I had during the entire process. I highly recommend her if you are thinking of buying/selling a property.
