In my right mind?
I am one of the small population of left-handed people in the world, which I guess means we're the only ones in our right minds.
Morning or night person?
Nights are so peaceful, while the world is asleep, but then again, I guess that is the same argument morning people make....
No caffeine?
That's right! I function on a daily basis without caffeine. How do I do it? Not sure, maybe that's why I'm not a morning person.

I've recently been trying a lot of plant-based recipes, and I'm loving it! Chickpeas are my new favorite addition to almost any meal.
