Favorite things about RDU?

Farmers market, Durham Bulls, American Tobacco Trail, bluegrass festival, Eno Rock Quarry, state fair, Durham breweries, Raleigh rooftops, Umstead, Duke Gardens, and Jordan Lake.

What was your first concert?

Backstreet Boys, baby!!! Even held up a huge "BSB Rocks" sign with five of my high school best friends! ;P

Favorite season in North Carolina?

Hands down, FALL! Warming up by a bonfire with your favorite drink, a pair of jeans, a flannel, and good friends is priceless.

When you're not working?

Hiking, biking, church, cleaning, house projects, and playing with my six-pound outdoor-loving pup, Kaya.

Favorite place you ever traveled?

Out of 35 countries, it might be a tie between the Amazon jungle and Nepal. Amazon: hammocks, sunsets, being off-the-grid Nepal: hospitable, outdoorsy, laid-back doers

    Lisa did an outstanding job with the purchase of our house. She was incredibly responsive and was helpful in navigating offer strategy. She lined up the inspectors that we needed and handled the appointments. When an issue arose during the inspection, Lisa worked tirelessly to find experts who could help with the work, compiling quotes and estimates to help us determine the cost of the work. This made a big difference in asking for some better sales terms and put our minds at ease with what would need to be done before we moved into the house, so there would be no surprises. We highly recommend Lisa!

    Lisa was great with first helping us understand the process, what things mean, the complications, etc. We ended up buying the first house we saw, and then during the process under contract Lisa was great helping us negotiate, knowing what we should offer and what we should ask for, and negotiating after a few inspection findings! The buyers and buyers' agent threw us some curveballs, and Lisa helped up navigate their unusual tactics in a manner that yielded a good result.     We used Lisa both for our new home purchase and for the sale of our previous home. She went above and beyond in nearly every aspect of the buy/sell process. Her knowledge of the Triangle market was extremely helpful in guiding us to which town/area we wanted to move to. She always kept our needs and concerns top of mind. For the sale of our home she connected us with terrific vendor/contractors to help get work done quickly. She also worked in lock step with our lender to ensure we stayed on course and didn't lag behind on getting docs ready for clear to close. When it came time to close on our new home, she addressed our concerns post inspection masterfully and had our best interests at heart during the negotiation process. For the sale of our old home she provided great feedback for staging and getting the home ready for sale. We never imagined that the home buying and selling process could go so smoothly, especially in a down market. She definitely made what is normally an extremely stressful experience enjoyable and honestly fun for our family. We would recommend her to anyone looking to by a home or sell there home.
