Anyone can show you a house or two and tell you how nice your piano will look in that new living room. The real work begins when the negotiating starts. Mark was able to get us a fair price we could afford and was able to guide both parties through the inspections and negotiate a agreement that kept both parties at the table....and got it closed in time for us to get the kids registered for school. He knew what items to push for and what items to trade off. Mark knew all the right people to fix the items that came up in the inspection. Floor guy, electrician, handyman, etc, Mark had quality contacts to get the work which is a huge help when you come from out of state. -

It was easy to be honest with him about what we wanted and what we didn’t like. When we were searching for homes, he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see the home within a few days of expressing our interest (which was important given how insane the market is!). He always did the extra leg work to find out details about the property and to contact the seller with our questions. Even through our closing process, Mark was incredibly reliable and responsive. My only “criticism” is that he was always very diplomatic in his responses when we were looking for his opinion on a certain property or neighborhood. I was sometimes looking for a bit more guidance and opinion than he was willing to offer.All in all Mark was fantastic and I would highly recommend! -
