As a graduate of Duke's Fuqua School of Business, Reade focused on strategy and entrepreneurship and discovered that the world really is our oyster. Furthermore, as a former HR administrator, he focused on compassion and connection while helping others realize not only their needs, but also their desires. Now he uses all of these skills with his clients to help them clarify their vision and scope to strategically achieve their dream—their next nest. Reade loves witnessing the change that occurs when his clients subsequently transform “house” into “home.” Sometimes that happens by painting the bedrooms, sometimes it's the weekend tiling project, and sometimes it's simply having a retreat to "just be" after a long, busy day.
