I am forever cognizant of this important connection for people when helping my clients buy or sell a home. However, it’s also important to understand the home’s physical structure, condition, and market value, and to partner with an experienced real estate professional who understands the dynamic housing market and possesses razor sharp negotiation skills.
Since moving to Durham in the late 1980s, I’ve lived in three different houses and raised a family of four. We quickly learned the importance of sensible floor plans with adequate space inside and outside. Prior to real estate, I enjoyed a dynamic career in the pharmaceutical industry, collaborating on clinical drug trials as a biostatistician.
With a Master’s degree in research design as well as an MBA, I value the importance of data analytics in decision making. The housing market requires a keen understanding of data trends and how to leverage that data to ensure we are empowered to make smart buying and selling decisions. But for me, buying and selling must also reflect my client’s broader needs. I’ve helped clients across all levels of the home owner life cycle, from first-time buyers to retirees, from finding the right school district to downsizing after the kids leave home, and those selling a home in order to buy a new one, to buyers who are new to the area, or those making selling decisions for their aging parents.
Together we will find the ideal home for you. And when you sell, we’ll get the absolute best price for your home. I will serve as your advocate and partner. Most importantly, I look forward to building a relationship of collaboration and team work that leads to success in problem solving and an enduring friendship.
