- View: I have 2 favorite views! One is relaxing in the soaking tub looking out at the beautiful trees that surround the back or the property or at night looking up at the millions of stars. The other is looking out of the large windows over the kitchen sink.
- Room: I love the living room/eat-in kitchen area where I can hang out with my kiddos and watch a movie together or sit at the table to enjoy a meal or have a workspace with loads of natural light. It's so calming.
- Tree: I love nature and having tall trees on the property to look at and that create a home for beautiful birds to watch is enjoyable. Also, there is a wooded area to explore and space for a tree house to be built if desired!
- Walk: Little River Park is very close by - just a few miles away.
- Hike: Some areas that we love to go to nearby are Little River Park, Hyco Lake Campground, Mayo Lake, Lake Michie, Eno River access in Hillsborough and a couple of adorable parks in Historic Roxboro.
- Breakfast: Hurdle Mills Cafe offers a delicious "home-cooked" country breakfast with some local farm food to support local businesses.
- Lunch: Brooklyn Eats in Roxboro has the best selection of yummy food.
- Dinner: For dinner go to The Homestead in Timberlake just down the road. The atmosphere is cozy and the comfort food is the best. You can even order for curbside pickup, which is a great option.
- Pub/Winery: Roxboro has a little Main Street night scene with excellent drinks and good times in Uptown Roxboro.
- Living Here Has Been: Living on Willie Gray Road has been so wonderful. Feeling the peacefulness, being surrounded by gorgeous nature throughout the year, and being away from the city is so relaxing to me.
What I will miss about this home is pretty much everything - having a fenced in yard for my dogs to safely run around in, having a large yard for my kids to play in, having an open floor plan for my family to move about and interact while doing multiple things has been really helpful and enjoyable.
I will miss my soaking tub and large bathroom. I'll miss sitting on the porch enjoying the sunset, swinging on the yard swing, having loads of storage space throughout the house and ample counter space in the kitchen.
I will truly miss this home.
