If you weren’t a Realtor, what would you be?

A yoga instructor. I have been a practitioner for over a decade and taught classes a few years before I began my real estate career.

What is your “happy place”?

Sitting in the sun watching my kids enjoying themselves with their neighborhood friends. Their happiness is why I hustle and what it's all about.

What was your first car?

A modified 1992 Acura Integra. It was the 90s, and I was a full-on gear head through my teen years and 20s.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what would be your must-haves?

A flint, tarp, knife, dental hygiene products, a blanket, and whiskey. Oh! And a boat so I could get the hell out of there!

What is the greatest lesson you have learned in life?

Humility, being myself, and allowing others to do the same. Life is fleeting. Soak in as much as you can!

What do you do in your spare time?

I love being outdoors -- hiking, swimming, exploring, or sitting around a fire with friends. I also enjoy meditation, eating, channel surfing, and zoning out.

    My partner and I were looking to invest in a multi tennant property within the city of Richmond, and Karen was recommended by a mutual friend.We could not be more satisfied with Karen throughout this process. It semmed as we could not find the "right" place as the market was a seller's one at the time, and a bidding war seemed to be waged on every quality property. She persistently kept us in the loop as to what was coming up for sale, and we eventually found the property for us. She was an asset during the purchase process and helped facitliate the closing process at every step, overcoming any hurdles. Would definately recomend Karen Call for anyone interested in buying or selling in the greater Richmond area.

    Karen and her team were absolutely amazing. As a first homebuyer, I went in with a list of the bare minimum I wanted as well as the preferred things I would want in a home. Overall, she was able to help me find and negotiate the house of my dreams. Not only did she help me through the entire process from start to finish but she did so in the midst of the coronavirus virus pandemic. Plus, Karen and her team are always just a call away to help even after you’ve moved in. I don’t think I would be in my perfect home without all she has done for me!

    Karen did a great job helping us find a house. She was patient and worked hard to help us find what we desired. When we were ready to put an offer in, she worked fast and explained the process very well. She is someone who will fight for you and make sure you are getting the best deal.

    Karen is a delightful person to work with! She listened and made mental notes on our likes & dislikes. My husband and I were new to the Richmond area so Karen went beyond by calming my fears on numerous occasions!
