Central Henrico

Central Henrico represents many residential neighborhoods that fan off of several of Richmond's major transportation arteries, making this a convenient part of town. Neighborhood construction began in the early 1950s and continues today. It's also home to several recent redevelopment areas.

Key Features

Affordability: Homes in Central Henrico represent a broad range of values, with many of these properties trading at prices substantially below some of the closer-in neighborhoods. And while the prices may be lower, the majority of homes are on more than a quarter acre, providing privacy and value.

Proximity to Parks: All residents of Central Henrico are a quick drive or a short walk from popular Richmond parks such as Lewis Ginter, Bryan Park, and Three Lakes Park and Nature Center.
