What is your happy place?
In the forest. I love to wild harvest medicinal plants and mushrooms and work in the garden.
What is your most exciting adventure to date?
I traveled Europe alone and visited 16 countries in 16 months. I was hosted in Denmark by long-lost family.
What languages do you speak?
After travelling through Europe and spending time in Denmark and Norway, I learned to speak Danish and Norwegian with proficiency.
What are your favorite pastimes?
Playing with my toddler outside, gardening, yoga, hiking, traveling, practicing herbalism and teaching workshops.
What is your favorite staycation in Roanoke?
Fairy Stone State Park Beach
What is your favorite animal?
Horses. Growing up, I'd ride horses over sand dunes, in the forest, and swimming in the water.
