Becoming a mother has been the most transformative experience in my life. My children are my purpose and the key to the woman I have become.

If I was stuck on a deserted island, what would my must-haves be?

FOOD! But also a toothbrush—the dental hygienist in me couldn't possibly do without!

I am an avid reader of philosophy, psychology, and anything to do with health and overall physical and mental wellness.

I don't have a favorite band per se, but I believe music is one of the most universal and connecting joys in life.

    Julia was great to work with. she was fast at responding to my text or calls. showed us alot of houses and never pressured us to buy anything. she made time to show us houses even when we reach out to her at last minute she would make it happen. I would and I have recomanded her to others. she is very friendly and easy to chat with. she made us feel like we was important. I would most definitly work with her again.     Julia was incredible in helping my husband and I find a home we loved and feel confident in our decision. Having recently moved to the state and without much knowledge of the process, we had a lot of questions. Julia was responsive, helpful, and accommodating every time we asked for something or needed guidance on next steps. From our first meeting, it felt more like we had a very knowledgeable friend guiding us through the process rather than someone trying to make a quick sale or just in it for the commission. Ultimately, Julia’s quick thinking and quick action helped us secure our home in a difficult market, all for an offer we were very comfortable with. As we look toward selling/renting our current home and moving into the one Julia helped us get, there is not a doubt in my mind that we will rely on her for the next step.

    Julia Nash was a phenomenal realtor! I was connected with her via Zillow and she was super responsive to my messages and needs.I began looking at homes in the Roanoke/Salem/Christiansburg area virtually and shared them with Julia to give her a sense of my tastes.In January 2022, I made the trip up to Roanoke and we spent a few days looking for homes. I found a great new construction town home and Julia was excellent at liaising with the seller to ensure some minor cosmetic defects we found during our walk through were addressed. We closed and were able to move in on schedule and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a wonderful goody bag from Julia at the Title Company!Overall I would highly recommend Julia as your Roanoke area realtor!
