Growing up in a household in Georgia with UVA graduates meant that visits to Mincers on the Corner were like a trip to Disney World. Charlottesville always felt like an incredibly special place; however, Harrisonburg stole Erin’s heart and she graduated with a degree in Technical Writing from JMU. After living in the area for 14 years, and practicing real estate for almost a decade, Erin prides herself on her local knowledge of life in Charlottesville. Her ability to create an immediate rapport with clients - both local and those relocating - greatly influences the overall vibe of each buying and selling journey; relationships that allow clients to feel comfortable and confident under her care. The gratification that comes with a buyer closing on the home of their dreams or a seller receiving an offer that is beyond their expectations, is what continues to propel Erin forward as one of Charlottesville’s top agents.
When not navigating the world of real estate, Erin enjoys spending time with her college sweetheart(husband) of 14 years, three children, and Springer Spaniel, or meeting up with friends to catch live music anywhere in the area.
