Forest Springs is situated in the southern area of Stuarts Draft in Augusta County. Ranch, colonial, and traditional style homes built in the 1980s through 2000s make up most of the neighborhood. There is a forest conservation easement in place at the rear of the neighborhood creating many wooded backyards.
