Friends and family describe Beth as upbeat and very easy going. A native of North Carolina, she moved to Wilmington in 2006 to attend UNCW. While working on her degree in finance, a passion for real estate blossomed into a deep love while taking several real estate investment courses. Beth finds joy in educating her clients during a transaction, empowering them to feel comfortable and ultimately as stress-free as possible. As an agent, she is passionate about helping people, being organized, and having behind the scenes processes in place so that no page goes unturned. When she’s not hard at work, Beth can be found having fun around town with her husband Eric and their toddler Ellis. She loves living in Ogden, gardening, hiking and being outdoors, seeing live music, and enjoying the many delicious restaurants Wilmington has to offer.
