I was lucky enough to be introduced to Caroline through Zillow when I started my search process for a beach property in Carolina Beach. Caroline was the most responsive realtor I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, and when I was having issues getting an appraisal done with my selected big box mortgage company, she introduced me to a local mortgage company and I switched mid process. They were excellent and the process went off without an issue. Caroline and I were dealing with a difficult sellers agent and some tough sellers. Ultimately, with her guidance I was able to get the place I wanted and even in a crazy market got some good concessions back.
