Craziest Thing That’s Happened to Me in Real Estate (Thus Far):

I was almost attacked by a raccoon on a third floor balcony when showing property. Apparently, he didn’t get the memo about the showing and got a little feisty when I opened the back door. Disclaimer: No animals or people were harmed.

    Matt is incredibly knowledgeable with the area and found exactly what my son and I needed. He assisted us not only with finding the home, but throughout the entire process which is extremely important. Every detail was smooth and efficient- being a busy individual myself, I appreciated his timely responses with always a positive attitude. Even after my closing, Matt provided me with an extensive referral list of contractors for items I wanted done. Every single person that Matt recommended has been excellent and will absolutely use them again. Excellent agent, I would absolutely recommend using Matthew and would use him again if needed.

    In such a highly competitive, stressful market Matt was a breath of fresh air. From our first conversation, he listened to our needs and wants and never made us feel like any of it was impossible or even unlikely. Matt communicated efficiently and frequently, sharing what he thought met our needs and promptly addressing our questions and concerns. Haley also is a rockstar and made getting to the closing table a breeze. Matt continues to go above and beyond post-closing with vendor recommendations and offers to meet contractors for us while we are still out of town. The best part is that Matt is just good people. He is professional, but funny and amiable, making you feel like an old friend. He was able to create as close to a normal buying experience for us as possible in this crazy market, leaving us feeling confident and thrilled with our purchase.
