I'm very active with Love is Bald, which benefits local cancer patients and their families.

Everyday lunches would be Sea Level for their delicious and healthy cuisines. All special occasions and any other excuse would be Manna.

In my Spare Time:

I don’t know...what’s that? Ha! When I’m not helping clients, I try to spend as much time with family and friends as possible.

Stuck on a deserted island?

I'd have to have wine, excellent cheese, water crackers, a record player, and good friends! And my phone, of course, to get contracts negotiated and signed for clients.

Achievement I'm Proud of:

In Acadia National Park, I climbed the mountain named, The Beehive, an advanced climb for someone who hates heights. I proved to myself that I'm capable of anything I set my mind to even if it means going slowly and taking one step at a time.

Morning person or night owl?

Hands down a morning person! Early Pilates classes give me the energy to take on the day or any real estate venture!

Allison was the ultimate professional in helping me sell my home. I was on a tight time frame, she came out the day I called, made recommendations and projections about comparisons and price, she helped me stage the house and got pictures within 2 days. On the 4th evening , she had listed the house. The pictures were excellent and made the house look so appealing . In 2 days we had 7 offers, it was wonderful and the best I could have hoped for She is very knowlegeable, and responsive to all concerns. She communicated well with the showing agents and kept me in touch with what was transpiring. I highly recommend Allison Donovan to help with buying or selling.

Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were looking to purchase our first vacation home from 12 hours away. Allison scheduled calls and told us all about the area before we traveled and then worked in house visits around our busy vacation schedule. Once we found a place, she took the lead throughout negotiation, inspections and closing. I cannot speak highly enough of Allison. I purchased my first home with her a few years ago and she made the buying experience a breeze. She was very tolerant of me looking at a great deal of houses and when she found the perfect house for me it had not even hit the market yet. She was able to negotiate a steal of a deal. I was so happy with her that when it came time for my mom to sell her house Allison was our go to realtor. She did not disappoint. She far exceeded our expectations, and had the house sold in a few days for way more than we were expecting. Any future real estate deals we will definitely be calling Allison
